Mark's three children:
Anna, Lela and Joey |
Although his company and work requires much attention, Mark still values family as the most important aspect of life. He is never too busy to spend time with his wife, Stacey, or his three children, Lela, Anna and Joey. He enjoys cheering them on at their many sports and extracurricular activities and taking them with him on trips whenever their schedules allow.

Below are some additional examples of how Mark spends his time when he is not in the office
Indiana University School of Law
Roesler is on the Board of Advisors for the
prestigious Center for Intellectual Property Law in the Indiana University School
of Law. His groundbreaking work in the realm of intellectual property
rights makes him an ideal candidate for this board. The center aims
to foster growth in the area of innovation while educating scholars, inventors,
business leaders and attorneys on the legalities of intellectual
property rights. Additionally the center works to thoroughly develop the area
of intellectual property law, which encompasses such as patents, copyrights,
trademarks, and other legal defenses for creativity and innovations. Visit
the official
site for more information.
American Arbitration Association
Roesler serves on the executive committee of the board of
directors. The American Arbitration Association provides up-to-the-minute
information about all forms of dispute prevention and resolution
including mediation, arbitration, fact-finding, partnering,
dispute review boards and other related alternative dispute
resolution processes. For more information, visit the official

St. Vincent Hospital
Roesler serves on the Foundation Board of St. Vincent Hospital. This foundation
was created to raise, invest and expend funds for St. Vincent Hospital, its health
centers and outreach programs, one of which is especially close to Roesler’s
heart. The Center of Hope, a safe haven for abused individuals, was founded and
directed by Roesler’s sister, JoAnne Wilson, until her untimely death by a drunk
driver in December 2002. Roesler has since dedicated himself to continuing JoAnne’s
legacy through the development of this program. For more information on St. Vincent
Hospital and the Center of Hope,
